Energy Management Office Bjelovar is established in cooperation between Bjelovar city and Poslovni Park Bjelovar and within the project “Energy Management iv Cities and Counties of Croatia”.
The project was started by Ministry of Economy, Labor and Entrepreneurship in the collaboration with United Nations Development Program with the goal of improvement of energy efficacy in public buildings owned by cities or counties.
After the town of Sisak and its pilot-project, Bjelovar city took part in this project and established Energy Management Office. The main task of the Energy Management Office is to continuously gather information about water and energy consumption in the objects owned by the city and on the basis of gathered information to propose and realize measures for the improvement of the energetical efficiency in the objects owned by Bjelovar city.
Into the system of continuing monitoring of energy and water consumption further objects owned by Bjelovar city are included:
