The area of the zone is 22,5 ha. On this area there is already built part of the business zone of the area of 14 ha. Business zone is next to the Bjelovar industrial zone along the Slavonska Street where the Česma, Iverica, Ljevaonica d.d., Koestlin d.d., Franck d.d., Prima d.o.o., and Gradska pekara Bjelovar d.o.o. plants are situated and which are employing 600 employees in total.  The owners of the rest of the lots in the Business Zone East are private persons and in the smaller amount Bjelovar city.
