Business zone East

Business zone East is situated in the Eastern part of the Bjelovar city along the highway Bjelovar – Đurđevac. The area of the zone East is around 6 ha, divided in 15 lots: 10 smaller ones of 2000m2, and 5 larger ones of 4000 m2. The zone is serving entrepreneurs needs, and is intended for the quieter plants, service work shops, service activities and warehouses. The business zone is next to the residential zone East, so the protection of the citizens and of the environment is of the great importance. The business activities in the zone East are in accordance with the protection.

The Zona is equipped with the complete communal infrastructure, gas, water, electric and phone installations. In the Zone, there are roads, sidewalks and green areas. All the lots in the Zone East are sold, according to the benevolent terms of Bjelovar city, such as partial decreasing of the communal payment, better area prices etc. Currently, the 6 business buildings are functioning, employing 80 persons, while the rest of 9 buildings are in the different phases of constructions. After the construction of all the buildings, it is assumed that the entrepreneurs would employ in the Zone East 200 employees.
