Business Incubator is located in the building Poslovni park Bjelovar d.o.o. The Incubator is equipped with complete communal infrastructure; central heating, electricity, water, phone, bathrooms. The users can use 6 offices sizes from 15 do 40 m2 as well as other common offices. There is also an educational room with 13 IBM network computers used for the educational purposes of the Incubator users as well as outdoor users. Business Incubator is a place where are situated newly founded little companies still learning how to do business or are in the phase of developing and in need for room, infrastructure and special help like counseling and administrative services. The users of Incubator can be trades, companies and cooperatives.  Other terms are that they are dealing with services or production which satisfies minimum technical terms for the office and are intended to develop and to employ new workers.
